Thankfully, the Dennis Peron and Brownie Mary Act, formally known as SB-34, brings compassion back to medicinal cannabis. California companies may provide free cannabis or cannabis products to medicinal cannabis patients if they meet specific program requirements. DSY attended an SB-34 event at the American Legion Post 397 in Monterey Park, California to see compassion in action.
